In 1994 this fund was established by Franklin H. Moore, Jr., Frederick Moore, Barbara Moore, and Harriet Engelgau in memory of Charles F. Moore. The monies pledged were a match to the Acheson Challenge. This fund provides support for general charitable purposes in the City of St. Clair and the townships of St. Clair, China and East China.
