Heather Bokram

Heather Bokram has retired from the Board of Trustees of the Community Foundation of St. Clair County.  Heather joined the Foundation board in 1998 and was active on the Grants Committee and more recently the Blue Water Arts Committee.  Heather and her husband Bill own the Heather House in Marine City and are strong advocates for arts, culture and the unique assets of our downtowns.  Heather is a strong voice for the Marine City area and is involved in multiple community projects, programs and initiatives.  In 1993 she helped found the Historical Society of Marine City and served as its first president.  In 2007 she helped form Marine City Arts, and in 2010 helped bring the Blue Water International Sculpture Exhibit to Marine City.
