Gerry Kramer Spartan Fund offers facade grants

Posted on April 21, 2016

Gerry Kramer of Kramer Commercial Realty knows the importance of a beautiful downtown, and his Gerry Kramer Spartan Fund officially launched its biggest contribution for Port Huron to date.

Kramer donated $25,000 from his donor advised fund for a Façade Improvement Matching Grant. The grant funds are through the Community Foundation of St. Clair County, but are managed by Port Huron’s Downtown Development Authority.

Downtown business owners can use the money to improve signs and building facades.

Established in late 2015, the Gerry Kramer Spartan Fund provides a broad range of charitable support in and around Port Huron, with an emphasis on projects that add to Port Huron’s continued revitalization and prosperity.

Learn more about the façade grants in the Times Herald.
