Grants and awards from the Community Foundation of St. Clair County have exceeded $670,000 in the first quarter of 2015.

Ms. Niester said the top grant went to the Blue Water YMCA in the amount of $100,000.  The grant supports the new membership program of the YMCA which expands membership programs and makes them more affordable to families and residents of St. Clair County.
