Emily Bigelow - Donor Spotlight

imageEmily Bigelow, a charter member of the Legacy Society, has established a unique fund to provide annual support for the special programs, projects and needs of organizations in St. Clair County that provide emergency response services for people and animals. This fund will support groups such as fire and police departments, coast guard, and search and rescue teams throughout the county.
