Education Task Force Announces Grants

The Education Task Force announced grants totaling $58,500 in support for education programs.

In the picture below, Dr. Sushma Reddy, Co-Chair of the Education Task Force, presents Lea Gourlay, Principal of Lakeport Elementary with a grant check for $3,530.  The grant will allow Lakeport Elementary to implement a reading program that focuses on strengthening reading skills for K-2 students.
