Board of Trustees
Mike McCartan has been elected to the Community Foundation’s Board of Trustees. His election was approved at the Foundation’s 3rd quarter board meeting on Sept. 29th. Mike has been the executive director of St. Clair County Community Mental Health since 1987. He currently serves as Chair of the Foundation’s Education Task Force, a position he has held for the last two years. He is also the president of the East China School Board. Mike is heavily involved in his community and in 2006 won the prestigious Governor’s Service Award for Exemplary Volunteer Service.
