Citizens for St. Clair Fund

The Citizens for St. Clair Fund is a community based fund that only supports programs, projects and initiatives in and around the City of St. Clair, China and East China Township. Acting like a community foundation just for those communities, the Fund is governed by a committee of local residents.

This fund partnered with other endowments aimed specifically at the revitalization of St. Clair has allowed for such programs as the Cargill Point Project in the city’s boat harbor.
